Balustrading is an important safety feature in the design of any building,
but this doesn't mean the design of the balustrading itself cannot improve
the aesthetics of the building. The use of glass in balustrading, either as
a stand alone material or in combination with a metal or timber, can add
significant prestige and value to a building.
AGP has the knowledge necessary to design balustrades that meet the
aesthetic requirements of the clients, as well as comply with Australia's
strict safety standards. Balustrades can be made from many materials,
including steel, brass, timber, stainless steel and glass.
| Balustrades can be constructed in a number of ways. |
